Vehicle Registration Form
Candlewood Isle Vehicle Registration
Please apply sticker to inside bottom windshield on driver's side. Please submit one form per vehicle.
Renters must leave $100 deposit per car to get a sticker. Please leave deposit in mail slot in office door facing the tennis courts. Check made out to: CITD. In addition, all stickers must be returned to the CITD office or to one of the guards at end of rental period and deposit will be returned.
